Fried Fish

I remember helping my parents with making dinner during Term 1's Holidays, into frying fish. I kinda of... enjoyed it, the feeling where you can burn something like frying foods, burning a match or lighting a campfire feels almost satisfying if you ask me. The way the fire just sears into the wood or fish flesh makes me full, especially when making fried fish (Ikan Goreng in my language) for dinner. I do note that it was a hearty meal, if you consider that we also made steam fish as well!
