If bloody spicy foods were a country, it would be Indonesia. You know why? Burning heat that even soars through the night, unlike cold Australia where Summer is barely known, to a point where even wearing just a singlet and undergarment is considered reasonable, food's so delicious yet so strong pumped with blistering heat and local's passion, Teh botol is what kept me from burning my mouth off and if you're my brother. You would realise that I LOVE SPICE, like so much to where it literally builds burns inside my gut, but in Indonesia, for loving so much spice would be a death sentence to my poor gut. And Teh botol (A cold tea drink that you can find in a Indo Mart/A-mart in Indonesia), is my guaranteed cool down for the hot sun and chilies (Sambal- Smashed, fried and seasoned chilli, recommended rice/Nasi to soak up the spice). In the photo, we ate a local food stall/outside restaurant, we ate fried duck (bebek), chicken (ayam) served with veggies and rice (Nasi).

I miss Indonesia, there's food, landmarks and so MANY stray cats and dogs, who sometimes I secretly offered food to.
